For PCs running Windows 7 64-bit:
The ePad-vision firmware update program that runs on Windows 7 64-bit requires that the 64-bit Universal Installer be installed on your PC. To determine the version of the Universal Installer on your PC, go to Control Panel\Programs and Features and look at the ePadLink 10.x entry.
If this entry indicates that you are using the 32-bit Universal Installer, then you must uninstall the 32-bit version of Universal Installer as follows: go to Control Panel\Programs and Features, select the ePadLink ePad 10.x entry, and click uninstall.
